Insight's personal profiles
The Insights personal profile is a tool for deep personal insight and development.
Participants receive a personal Insights person profile, which provides a detailed description of the person’s personal style and preferences, and how this affects the person’s relationships and communication in both personal and professional contexts.
The profile describes the participant’s style and behavior, strengths and weaknesses, value to the team, communication style, possible blind spots, the recipient’s opposition and suggestions for development.
We are Insight’s experts and have really given many people aha experiences when we hold workshops that promote collaboration, communication and improve the group’s and the individual’s ability for constructive conflict resolution. Both tears and lots of laughter have been seen, as Insight’s workshops are both deeply educational but also entertaining.
